Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem! You can return your order to TheHorseTea Company. Follow the steps below for quick and careful processing:
Return instructions
- Check your ordered product(s) as soon as possible after receiving them. Leave the tags and packaging intact. Make sure the product remains unopened; unfortunately, we cannot accept returns with opened or damaged products for (food) safety reasons.
- To register your return, send an email to info@thehorseteacompany.nl. Please also state the reason for your return.
- Pack the product securely in a sturdy box or bag. Do not place a label directly on the original product packaging. If you are using a reused box, be sure to remove the old barcodes and apply the new label completely over the old one to prevent problems.
- If you're using your own shipping label, please include your details (name and order number) in the box so we know who the return is from.
- After receipt we will process your return within 2-3 (working) days .

Right of withdrawal
For online orders, the return period is 14 days after receipt. Within this period, you can return the item as long as it's unopened.
When you return your entire order, you'll receive a full refund, excluding the original shipping costs. You'll also be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
Returns are only possible if the product is returned complete, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of products with a broken seal.
After registration and receipt in good order, we will refund the amount to your account within 14 days .
