My horse won't drink the tea, what now?
Not every horse is immediately accustomed to the taste. You can start with a milder tea or mix the tea with a small amount of mash .
How often can I give horse tea?
Horse tea should be given a maximum of one dose per day . Always follow the recommended amount as stated on the product label.
Can foals or young horses also be given horse tea?
We advise not to give horse tea to horses younger than 12 months .
Does horse tea contain substances that could be considered doping?
Our herbal blends are made with natural ingredients. However, some herbs may be considered prohibited or risky under current doping regulations. Always take responsibility for your own actions during competitions and check the current doping guidelines of the relevant association. If in doubt, we recommend stopping the use of herbs at least seven days before a competition.
How should I store the tea/biscuits?
To ensure long-lasting use of the products after purchase, it's important to store them in a cool (<25°C) and dry place in a sealed container. It's also best to store the products in a dark place to prevent light from degrading vital nutrients.

What is the return policy?
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? You can return your order within 14 days of receipt , provided the product is unopened, complete, and in its original packaging . For food safety reasons, opened or damaged products cannot be accepted.
